Booking

Sessions are booked one at a time, in person at Spångatan 20A in Malmö or online. There is no subscription and no package.

Your first session and first month

Your first session is free. Your first month is 30% off on every plan: individual, duo and group.

Cancelling

You can cancel or move a session free of charge up to 8 hours before it starts. If you cancel later, or do not show up, we may charge you for the session. Your guide decides in each case.

Stopping

You can stop at any time. There is no notice period.

Prices and payment

Prices are per one-hour session: individual 750 kr, duo 500 kr per person and group 400 kr per person. Kompass Language Guidance AB is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Sessions are invoiced at the end of the month. The invoice is sent by email and is payable by bankgiro.

Group sessions

Groups have up to four people at a similar level. If someone cancels a group session, either the whole session is cancelled or the remaining members have their session at the same price.

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Law

Swedish law applies to these terms.
